Successful Recovery Management is a process thought out and planned for in advance.

SynergyNDS has the proven track record of responding to and managing complex projects at various sites involving multiple funding sources (Insurance, FEMA or SIR), contracts and suppliers. Whether providing a cradle-to-grave or blended approach in procuring necessary trades through RFP Solicitation, self-performance capabilities supplemented by our Managed Vendor Program™ (MVP) or managing client’s qualified subcontractors, FMIT Members take confidence in trusting our ability to deploy and manage the necessary resources responsibly to perform damage assessment, critical path analysis and overall recovery management services.

In working with FMIT Members proactively to better understand expectations and needs assessment through our TurnKey Recovery℠ Program, SynergyNDS has developed transparent workflow and “fast-track” processes to minimize operational disruptions, reduce secondary damages and overall cost controls. Our ability to coordinate multiple disciplines, identify alternative recovery opportunities and involve subject matter expertise, has allowed SynergyNDS to foster a cooperative approach with all involved stakeholders throughout the life-cycle of the project.

As a respective leader in Recovery Program Management, SynergyNDS has made significant investments in best-of-breed technology to benefit FMIT Members. As developers of SimpliCity℠ & TrackDown℠ (our cloud based Recovery Management System and Mobile Applications), SynergyNDS clients have real-time access to daily project management notes, scope-of-work details, cost-to-date reporting and other viable documentation critical to validating the recovery process.
