Dunedin Water Treatment Plant
The FMIT TurnKey Recovery Team responds to the City of Dunedin Water Treatment Plant after an early morning fire started in the CIP tank which holds approximately 5,000 gallons of water, causing extensive damage to the building and equipment. SynergyNDS is currently working to address immediate repairs to stabilize structure and keep facility operational.
Pensacola Exchange Park
The FMIT TurnKey Recovery Team responds to the City of Pensacola Exchange Park Concession Building after a fire on second floor destroyed trusses and decking on south side of facility. SynergyNDS is currently working to address immediate repairs to stabilize structure and keep facility operational.
Delray Beach Railroad Depot Building
The FMIT TurnKey Recovery Team responds to the City of Delray Beach Railroad Depot after the building itself sustained significant structural damage from a fire. SynergyNDS is beginning the initial demo of the damaged areas of the building and currently working on scopes of work for the repairs to the building.
