SynergyNDS responded to the Calhoun County Senior Citizens Building after extreme sustained winds from Hurricane Michael caused damage to the building roof, resulting in water intrusion throughout the just over 10,000 SF facility. Water intrusion led to water saturation of various interior building materials, including: ceiling tiles, drywall and flooring. The FMIT TurnKey Recovery Team completed roof replacement and interior repairs including but not limited to ceiling tile replacement, drywall repairs, painting & flooring.
